The Concept
Based on our conversation, we develop a bespoke concept for your event — mood boards, colour palettes, décor references, and a broad plan. This is where your event starts to take shape.
The Proposal
We present a detailed proposal covering scope, services, vendor recommendations, and investment. Everything is transparent, nothing is hidden.
The Planning
Once you're on board, our meticulous planning process begins. We handle every vendor call, every confirmation, every detail — keeping you informed and involved at every stage.
The Event
We are on the ground before anyone else arrives and we leave only after every guest has gone home. Your one job on the day? Enjoy every moment.
The Follow-Up
We check in after your event to make sure everything was exactly as you envisioned — and to collect the photos we'll treasure as much as you do.
